Young Female Entrepreneurs Programme (YoFEP)

YoFEP is the Chamber's flagship programme for young women in business. It gives young Ghanaian women training, mentorship and access to capital so they can start and grow sustainable businesses. The programme was launched virtually on 15 June 2023, with a keynote by Kosi Ayi-Yankey, CEO of the Ghana Enterprises Agency: "The Future is Female and The Future is Entrepreneurship." WUSC Ghana, GIZ and the Development Bank Ghana pledged to work with the Chamber on it. In July 2025, at the maiden Young Women Business Summit in Accra, Presidential Advisor Mrs Joyce Bawah Mogtari was appointed Patron of YoFEP.
