SheCreates Digital Impact Programme

SheCreates Digital Impact Programme (SDI) helps young Ghanaian content creators turn their content into a living. Over 8 weeks of hands-on training at yecSpace, 60 early-stage creators, at least 70% of them young women and 10% persons with disabilities, learn photography, videography, video editing, blogging, digital storytelling and how to earn from their content. It does not stop at training. Every participant is connected to three ways of earning: • managing social media for small businesses in the GCYE network; • paid content production for companies and events; • earning on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and through Youth Media Hub. Participants also receive a content creator starter kit, mentorship and psychosocial support, and continued access to yecSpace after they graduate. The programme runs in three cohorts of 20 between late 2026 and mid-2027, with the support of World University Service of Canada (WUSC).
