About
ANDA Global Ltd is a Ghana-registered agri-tech company building West Africa's integrated agricultural commodities marketplace, with a mission to raise smallholder farmers' incomes by connecting them directly to formal markets and finance. Its platform runs on a mobile-first architecture using USSD and MTN Mobile Money, so farmers can take part without a smartphone or a bank account. ANDA's services work together across the value chain.
Products and services
* The Digital Marketplace lets farmers and cooperatives sell commodities such as maize directly to verified institutional buyers, cutting out exploitative middlemen. * The Front Store app lets producers list and manage their produce. * The Digital Warehouse Receipt System issues secure digital receipts for grain stored in licensed warehouses, so farmers can use their stock as collateral for credit. * The Deliveryman app coordinates truck drivers for last-mile haulage. * Underpinning all of these, the Farmer Information System keeps a verified record of each farmer's identity, production, sales history and credit score, which lets banks, microfinance institutions and development partners lend to and support farmers based on real data.
