OUR LEADERS

The General Assembly (GA) is the highest decision-making body, while the Governing Council acts as the Board governing the affairs of the Association between GAs.

The Governing Council comprises five(5) Elected Members, Experts, the Immediate Past Chairman, and the CEO. Elected Members of the Governing Council hold office for two years and are eligible for election for a second term. The elected Officers include the Chairperson, 1st Vice Chairperson, Vice Chairperson in-charge of women, and two members. They act on behalf of the General Assembly Members and report to them accordingly.

The National Secretariat is headed by the Chief Executive Officer, with support from 5 other directors.

The core Activities of the Chamber are funded through membership subscription and grants from private sponsors. Special programs are funded separately by development partners. This ensures sustainability and secures the Chambers’s independence as the voice for the young Ghanaian entrepreneurs.
