GCYE has received logistical support (laptop, office Desk, Chair, and a printer) from GIZ’s Sustainable Employment through AgriBusiness (AgriBiz) project. The items received will be used to set up a Help-desk to improve the service provision of the Chamber to its members.

Early this year, the CEO of the Chamber, Mr. Sherif Ghali, indicated that as part of the Chamber’s 2022 work plan, it would be setting up a help desk that will provide business development services to its members. According to him, the Help-Desk will provide members with Business Plan Development, Business Proposals, and Basic Business Advisory services. It will also facilitate Business Registration, Product Registration and Certification, and GRA Registration. The Help Desk will also provide an online portal where experts can provide their services to young Ghanaian entrepreneurs.

After receiving the Items, the results-oriented CEO indicated that the Help Desk would be officially unveiled in August. He used the opportunity to prep young entrepreneurs to maximize the desk when it is launched.
